We believe in health of the mind, with all staff receiving a half day per month to focus on their wellness. This equates to 6 working days per year. Work/Life balance is respected and hybrid working is fully implemented into our way of working, with 3 days per week working from home.

We sponsor Templemore Boxing Club and are Pavilion members of Tallaght Rugby Club. Our Sales Director also enjoys volunteering as FAI soccer coach for BT Harps FC and is a Goalkeeping coach for North Tipp FC.
